1. Lack of access to relevant agricultural information and know-how is one of the critical constraints faced by farmers that result in a. Damage to crops and/or low output b. Loss of potential farming opportunities 2. Farmers access to seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, better farming methods and other support programs and services can be improved significantly by facilitating their access to timely and appropriate information and counsel. This way, it is hoped that the farmers will be able to increase their income and thereby their livelihood.
